It is the sincere intent of Johnny Pixel Productions, Inc. to comply with all relevant privacy laws and to fully respect the privacy concerns of our clients and all Web site visitors. To that end, the following privacy policy is provided for your examination, and it will be reviewed from time to time in order to determine if updates are needed.

Cookies
Cookies are small amounts of data stored on your computer by your browser, at the request of Web sites. We use cookies for improving the user experience for visitors to the Sites, but it is generally not necessary to set your browser to allow cookies in order to use the Sites. (Certain features may require cookies.) The cookies we use will never include information that would normally be considered private. Cookies may be used between our Sites if doing so will improve your user experience on multiple Sites, but they cannot be used by other Web sites.
We contract with third parties for advertising, affiliate/associate sales, and site usage analysis. Those third parties may also use cookies, over which we have no direct control. If you are concerned about their use of cookies, please refer to the privacy policy of the third parties in question. If you are unsure about who to contact about a third-party cookie, you may contact us to obtain more information, but we will not act as a liaison between you and the third party. If you have serious concerns about any specific third party, you are encouraged to contact us to discuss your concerns.
Information Gathered From You
Non-personal Information. We automatically collect information from visitors to the Sites based on standard HTTP communication, including IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, and other information that is sent to the Sites by your browser. In rare cases this information may be sufficient to identify a specific person, but generally this information is not tied to you directly and we would not attempt to make such a connection without a legal requirement to do so (e.g., in response to a court order). The primary purpose of this information is to determine, from aggregated data, whether our Sites are properly serving their intended audiences, and to make adjustments to optimally serve those audiences. This information may also be used for troubleshooting, etc.
Personal Information. When you interact with certain features of the Sites, you will be asked for personal information such as name, email address, Web site address, etc. That information will be used only for the purposes identified when the information is requested, and will not be used for marketing unless that is one of the identified purposes. Depending on the feature, you may or may not have the ability to directly edit or delete the personal information we store. If the feature does not include that ability, you may always contact us to request that your information be changed or deleted.
Information Created About You
Your interaction with the Sites may create data about you; for example, by posting messages in the Video Liberty forums, you create the datum of the number of messages you have posted. Likewise, logging in to your Video Liberty account will create the datum of your most-recent login date. This data is generally not editable by you; however, if you request deletion of your information, it may include deletion of data created about you. Some data created about you may not be removed, however, because it becomes integrated into the Sites, such as in HTTP access logs that are permanently archived.
Choice
You may choose to avoid all information collection and creation by simply not using our Sites. You may also choose to avoid information collection by not completing online forms and not using features that require information from you. For data that you have explicitly provided via features on the Sites, you may choose at any time to edit or remove that information, or to contact us to request alteration or deletion of the information.
Access
Your access to information provided through interactive features of the Sites will depend on each feature. If you do not see the ability to directly edit or delete information you have entered in interactive features, you may contact us directly for that purpose. You will generally not have access to non-personal data such as HTTP access logs, and requests for deletion of such data are often not feasible to honor and thus will normally not be honored.
Security
Information collected from you, or created about you, will be protected according to the type and sensitivity of information, legal requirements, and technical constraints. You are advised to not enter private personal information into any feature of the Sites unless the feature uses SSL encryption (e.g., for submission of a payment).
